How to book reservation?

You must:

1. Contact me through (for schedule of viewing of showroom)

2. Bring the following requirements:

For locally based clients

a) photo copy/ scanned of 2(two) valid ID's (with signature)

b) reservation fee of PHP 25,000 (will be deducted from the total contract price)

c) complete and signed Reservation Form ( I will provide the Form personally)

For clients abroad

a) scanned of 2(two) valid ID's with signature (please send it to my email address)

b) reservation fee of PHP 25,000 (will be deducted from the total contract price)

c) email me scanned copy of complete and signed Reservation Form ( I will email scanned blank Reservation Form and other Forms)

Note: Scanned copy is temporary only. You will receive original Hard Copy of Forms through airmail.

How to pay for reservation:

For locally based clients

-Credit Card

-Checks

-Directly pay through BDO (Banco De Oro) branch (call me for more details)

Note: Official Receipt will be given after successful reservation.

You may receive it by mail or personally from me.

For overseas clients

1. Choose which type of unit ( studio, 1Bedroom, 1 Bedroom with balcony,2 Bedroom, Combined unit)

2. Deposit Reservation Fee (25K per unit)
